Daniel supports Lions Financial’s real estate operations, with a primary focus on the day-to-day financial and administrative management of real estate assets. His responsibilities include overseeing rental activity, tenant accounts and payments, property bills and operating expenses, and coordinating with tenants, contractors, vendors, and other service providers. He helps ensure that rents, expenses, maintenance needs, and property-level obligations are properly tracked and addressed while supporting the overall performance and value of each asset.

Daniel also plays an active role in Lions Financial’s real estate investment and capital initiatives. He conducts outreach and develops relationships with lenders, private equity firms, REITs, investors, and other potential capital partners to support acquisitions, refinancing, development, and other real estate opportunities. His work includes identifying potential financing and investment sources, coordinating initial discussions, organizing transaction information, and helping connect real estate opportunities with appropriate capital and strategic partners.
