He helps ensure that rents, expenses, maintenance needs, and property-level obligations are properly tracked and addressed while supporting the overall performance and value of each asset.<br \/><br \/>Daniel also plays an active role in Lions Financial\u2019s real estate investment and capital initiatives. He conducts outreach and develops relationships with lenders, private equity firms, REITs, investors, and other potential capital partners to support acquisitions, refinancing, development, and other real estate opportunities. His work includes identifying potential financing and investment sources, coordinating initial discussions, organizing transaction information, and helping connect real estate opportunities with
